How to change the Dispatch Number

There may be a case where you need to create a dispatch with a custom dispatch number or change an existing number. You can only do this with an existing dispatch record.

From an existing Dispatch page

1. Click More.
2. Click Change Number.
3. Enter your desired Dispatch Number.
4. Click Change Number.

From the Dispatch button
The open button is very powerful for any record. You can access your record controls without leaving a page and keep yourself in the flow of your processes.

1. Click the dropdown arrow beside any shipment Open button.
2. Click Change Number.
3. Enter your desired Dispatch Number.
4. Click Change Number.
