Creating a dispatch

You can take a dispatch first approach in Pegasys by creating a blank dispatch and then adding your shipments to it. However, most customers will dispatch their shipments to an existing or new dispatch.

From the Dispatch page

1. Click Dispatches on the top navigation bar to get to the Dispatch page.
2. Click on the Create button in the top right corner.
3. Fill out the dispatch form. Remember, you can choose Company Truck along the bottom to dispatch your drivers/owner operators or Carrier to dispatch to a third party.
4. Click Create.
5. You have successfully created a blank dispatch that you can now start adding your shipments to.

From the top navigation bar

1. Click the + button on the top navigation bar from anywhere within the application.
2. Fill out the dispatch form. Remember, you can choose Company Truck along the bottom to dispatch your drivers/owner operators or Carrier to dispatch to a third party.
3. Click Create.
4. You have successfully created a blank dispatch that you can now start adding your shipments to.
