Block Dispatching based on Vendor Insurance

Pegasys is setup to warn users on expired insurance by default, but you may want to completely block dispatch or trigger when there is no insurance available on the carrier/vendor records.

How to block if vendor insurance is not available

1. Click the gears (top right)
2. Click Company Settings
3. Click Dispatch Settings
4. Enable Block if Vendor Insurance Expired
5. Click Save

Only valid Insurance Types that are enabled as Check on Dispatch will by pass the block.
