  • Assigning an owner operator to an equipment record
    Owner Operators can be tied to your Equipment. This will preselect the owner operator on the dispatch record as soon as it is selected. Note: This will not allow you to assign another Owner Operator or driver to the tractor. Existing Equipment record Open the Equipment record that you would like to assign the Owner Operator to.   • Creating an Equipment Work Order
    Equipment Work Orders are used to keep track of your Equipment Maintenance. You can setup sub tasks and keep track of your service progress. Pegasys will send you alerts and reminders when your service is overdue, or about to expire. Your drivers can submit odometer updates directly into the Equipment record via the Trip Manifest.     Completing an Equipment Work Order will clear alerts from your dispatching process and set the order to a 'Completed' state. From the Equipment Work Order Click on Open on the work order you would like to complete from within the Equipment page. Click the checkbox beside each task.
