Assigning an owner operator to an equipment record

Owner Operators can be tied to your Equipment. This will preselect the owner operator on the dispatch record as soon as it is selected. Note: This will not allow you to assign another Owner Operator or driver to the tractor.

Existing Equipment record
Open the Equipment record that you would like to assign the Owner Operator to.
Click Edit along the top right.
You will see a selection for an Owner Operator. Search for the O/O that already exists in Pegasys or create a new one.
Click Save.
Your owner operator is now assigned to the Equipment record.

New Equipment Record
Open the Equipment create form.
You will see a selection for an Owner Operator. Search for the O/O that already exists in Pegasys or create a new one.
Click Create.
Your owner operator is now assigned to the new Equipment record.
