Creating an Equipment Odometer Reading
Creating Equipment Odometer record help with accurate Equipment Maintenance. These can be manually created by admin staff or updated through the Electronic Trip Manifest by your drivers.
From the Equipment Page
Click on Equipment on the top navigation bar to get to the Equipment page
Click Open beside an equipment record that you would like to create an odometer record for
Fill in the Odometer form
Click Create
From the Electronic Trip Manifest
Ensure that the Show Odometer option is enabled within Company Settings > Document Settings > Trip Manifest > Show Odometer
Transmit the Electronic Trip Manifest to your driver
Scroll to the bottom of the Trip Manifest and click Update Odometer
Fill out the form and click Create
The Equipment record will reflect the latest odometer reading from your driver
As odometer records are created, edited and deleted. The Equipment Work orders will automatically adjust their status to reflect.
