Adding custom coordinates to a location

Pegasys does an awesome job of picking up address information and assigning coordinates to each of your locations. However, some of our customers are delivering to remote locations that can't be picked up by our Google maps, HERE and Microsoft APi. That is why we give our customers the ability to add custom coordinates to their locations!

From the location page
Click on Locations on the top navigation bar to get to the Location page.
Click Open beside the location that you would like to add custom coordinates to.
Click Edit along the top right of the location or
You will be presented with the location edit form.
Along the bottom of the form click the checkbox beside the coordinates.
Enter your Latitude and Longitude
Click Save

From the location open button
The open button is very powerful for any record. You can access your record controls without leaving a page and keep yourself in the flow of your processes.

Click the dropdown arrow beside any location Open button.
Click Edit.
You will be presented with the location edit form.
Along the bottom of the form click the checkbox beside the coordinates.
Enter your Latitude and Longitude

Dispatch based mileage and routing will work off of these custom locations within the Pegasys platform. We try our best to push these coordinates across to all of our integration partners. There are some scenarios where these third party vendors do not accept coordinates. You will also have the ability to display these coordinates to your drivers through the trip manifest!
