User view permissions

View Permissions allows you to control what your Sales Reps and/or Account Reps can see within the platform. This security permission restricts these employees to have view access to only what they 'own' from the business record and out.


All
These users can see all records that they have top-level permissions to see. Not restricting the user by Account or Sales rep.


View Permission Enabled


Sales Rep

  • Where the user is assigned as the sales rep on the customer record


Account Rep

  • Where the user is assigned as the account rep on the customer record


Account Rep or Sales Rep

  • Where the user is assigned as the account rep or sales rep on the customer record


Quotes

  • Can only view quotes that are assigned to a customer the user can view


Shipments

  • Can only view shipments that are assigned to a customer the user can view


Dispatches

  • Can only view dispatches where ALL of the shipments being moved are assigned to a customer the user can view


Invoices

  • Can only view invoices are assigned to a customer record where the user the user can view


Bills

  • Can only view bills where the bill is assigned to a Shipment or Dispatch that the user has permissions to view (see above)


The dashboard, notifications and search functionality is automatically restricted
