Updating Equipment Odometer from the Trip Mainfest

Creating Equipment Odometer record help with accurate Equipment Maintenance. These can be manually created by admin staff or updated through the Electronic Trip Manifest by your drivers.

Enable Odometer Functionality for Driver

1. Click Company Setting (top-right gears).
2. Click Document Settings from the left settings nav-bar
3. Click Trip Manifest
4. Ensure that Show Odometer is set to Yes
5. Click Save

Updating Odometer from the Electronic Trip Manifest

1. Ensure that the Show Odometer option is enabled within Company Settings > Document Settings > Trip Manifest > Show Odometer
2. Transmit the Electronic Trip Manifest to your driver
3. Scroll to the bottom of the Trip Manifest and click Update Odometer
4. Fill out the form and click Create
5. The Equipment record will reflect the latest odometer reading from your driver

As odometer records are created, edited and deleted. The Equipment Work orders will automatically adjust their status to reflect.
