Document Settings
Pegasys allows you to modify documents including Invoice Documents, Bill of Lading Documents, Trip Manifest Documents, as well as Load Confirmation Documents. Variables allow you to send these documents without altering the details each time.
Editing Document Settings
In order to modify the default settings, start by making your way to the 'Document Settings'. To reach the correct page, click the settings icon on the top navigation bar, select 'Company Settings' from the drop-down menu, then tap 'Document Settings' from the left column.
Using Variables and Saving Changes
Once the page is attained, you are able to modify the text of each section within a certain document. When using variables, be sure to use the exact formatting given. The changes you have made can be saved by tapping the 'Save' button located at the bottom of the page.
