# Completing an Equipment Work Order

Completing an Equipment Work Order will clear alerts from your dispatching process and set the order to a 'Completed' state. 

**From the Equipment Work Order**
1. Click on **Open** on the work order you would like to complete from within the Equipment page.
2. Click the **checkbox** beside each task. 
3. The Work Order will switch to 'Complete'

**From the Equipment Work Order Edit**
1. Click on **Edit** on the work order you would like to complete from within the Equipment page or the Work Order pop-up.
2. Click the **checkbox** beside each task.
3. Click **Save**. 
4. The Work Order will switch to 'Complete'
