Calculating Miles for a Trip
Calculating the total number of miles for a trip has never been so easy. Pegasys allows you to calculate miles for each stop within a trip with the simple click of a button.
Calculating Miles for a Trip
In order to calculate how many miles will be travelled for a trip, begin by making your way to a dispatch record. To reach a dispatch record, click 'Dispatches' on the navigation bar, then click 'Open' beside any dispatch record from the 'Dispatches List'.
From the record, click the 'Calculate Miles' button located below the 'Trip' heading. The miles for each trip will appear under the 'Miles' column.
Trips are created automatically once a new stop or shipment has been added.
