# Adding an Attachment

Attachments are very convenient in managing your transportation business. Add documents, or images to any record for maximum efficiency.

**Adding Attachements**
Attachments can be added to any record from their corresponding 'Open' button.
To add an attachment from within a record, click the 'Add File' button under the 'Attachments' heading, and select a file.

**Adding POD's**
In a shipment record, you can add POD attachments. To do so, simply click the 'Add POD' button located under the 'Attachments' heading from within a 'Shipment' record. Then, select the POD file. When you add an attachment using the 'Add POD' button, 'pod' will automatically appear in the file name.
